Rocky Mountain Chapter of American Concrete Institute awarded the Shops at Walnut Creek in Westminister, Colorado the Award of Merit for Private/Commercial (over $5 million).

The highly touted new casino at turn two of the Kansas Speedway, comprising approximately 250,000 square feet of gaming, dining and entertainment space.
- EARP Distribution Center – Edwardsville, KS
A 180,000 square foot freezer, cooler and dry storage warehouse servicing the needs of a major fast-foods corporation.
- Purina Cat Residence – St. Joseph, MO
A new 3-story facility to house felines for Purina animal
science research.
- Barracks/Company Operations Facility – Ft. Leonard Wood, MO
A new barracks complex including two 3-story buildings for barracks and company operations personnel.
- Battalion Headquarters – Ft. Carson, CO
A new 3-story head quarters building.
- Army Reserve Center – Kirksville, MO
A new army reserve training center.
- Adams Dairy Landing - Blue Springs, MO
Approximately 150,000 square feet of lifestyle retail development including small shops and national chain anchor tenants.
- St. Theresa’s Academy and Technology Center –
Kansas City, MO
A new chapel and technology classroom building that will complete the Quad at this Kansas City institution.
- Fort Leonard Wood Dental Clinic – Fort Leonard Wood, MO
A new single story addition to the existing facility to house dental procedure suites and administrative offices.
- TD Ameritrade – Overland Park, KS
A new office building located in southern Johnson County.
Currently engaged in work on the following projects:
- Sea Life Aquarium at Crown Center
Structural design of the new exhibit space, aquariums and attractions in the old Halls department store space.
- Avila University Residence Hall
A new 39,000 square foot, three story "suite style" residence hall on the campus of Avila University.
- Applebee's Renovation
Implementing the new branding for Applebee's, renovations to approximately 20 Applebee's restaurants in Virginia and Michigan.
- Galaxy Theater
A new 62,000 square foot, 14 screen theater located in the high-seismic development of The Legends of Sparks Marina in Sparks, Nevada.
- Renovation of Buildings 751 and 760 at Ft. Riley Army Base
Historic renovation of two 1930 era historic buildings.
